Makena

Makena Amadi is a human Mage hero from Bregedur, known as the "Priestess of the Violet Flame."

Background

Makena is a priestess of the violet flame and a strong-willed leader of the Bregedur tribe. From childhood she was chosen as a "Handmaiden of Pain" who shares the suffering of the violet-flame dragon Polaris, and she devotes herself to her tribe, believing it to be a sacred duty.

After witnessing her mother's sacrifice at her coming-of-age ceremony, Makena realizes that the pact with Polaris forces meaningless sacrifices upon the tribe. She resolves to find a way to break the contract with the dragon in order to end this evil custom and save her people.
